Following are the job responsibilities of a Network Monitor Technician:

• To provide 24/7 network health investigation and signal to report by using network monitoring software
• To review general clean-up of ticket queue received either from internal stakeholder or external
• To ensure timely resolution to incident tickets of customers
• To ensure routine follow up with consumers via e-mails, phone calls or chat

The network monitor technician is skillful of noticing and reporting failures of hardware or devices. It typically deals with the system operation of hosts, the network utilization of links, and related features of the operation. It frequently directs information over the system network to each host to confirm that it is responsive to applications.
