Once PayPal is notified of a refund, we will send you an email notifying you. At that time, the case will be generated in cash app customer service.
- Responding to notice or checking the condition of a refund:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to the fixed area.
- Click Reply in the Action column next to your request.
- Select the attribute you want to respond to and click Continue.
