The latest patch for World of Warcraft includes cutscenes that advance the story, one of which features two of the most famous sprites in the game. Tyrande Whisperwind and Sylvanas Windrunner met in the death field of Chihara and fought an epic battle. During their battle, an interaction aroused my interest.

Specifically, Sylvanas revealed that she did not know that we murdered her terrible boyfriend, which means that his soul may be on the edge of some strange universe. I just think we need to pay more attention to this.

Back before the release of Shadowlands, the player (and Tyrande) came to the home of Nathanos in the Plaguelands and murdered him. This was a tragic victory at the time, because we knew that Nathanos would only go to Shadowlands, and the jailer would unite him with Sylvanas. In fact, there is a lot of suggestion that Sylvanas committed these crimes at least in part for Nathanos.

But we haven't seen him since his death, and Wednesday's cutscenes confirmed that this was intentional. The biggest disadvantage of this expansion, the jailer, seemed to control the whereabouts of the soul, because everyone who died was transported to his big mouth. But Nathanos is still missing, and Sylvanas is shaken by this.

So far, the shadow world we have seen is only a small part of the existing heaven and hell and the larger universe. Where will this terrible big boy be?

He may need to be rescued from some terrible torture or powerful opponents. This sounds like a challenge that only Azeroth champions can handle-if anyone likes Nathanos. After all, he laughed at us throughout the "Battle for Azeroth" expansion, calling us weak, otherwise he would be a bastard. It's like donating to a GoFundMe in high school. He calls everyone a dorkuses and hits you with a skateboard.

"Hey, this is Nathanos Blightcaller. I am a little unhappy. In order to start an interstellar war, my soul was emptied by the Void Lord. Can you throw me five dollars for a magical rental Car home?" Well, of course, you can donate to his cause. Some people may argue that you should do this, but I still don’t plan to do it!

It remains to be seen where Nathanos is and how he will participate in Sylvanas' final story. The novel starring Sylvanas is scheduled to be published in February this year. Personally, I hope Nathanos accidentally entered the dog paradise, and we won't see him in the next four expansions.
