Here Toronto city is also in the game and knows that fitness is mandatory for living a healthy life. Every year Toronto held fitness challenges and willingness challenges for its public to promote the pros of fitness and exercises. Additionally, there are regular daily and weekly programs introduced by the Canadian government that includes 28 days Toronto health and fitness challenge, 28 days fitness workout challenge, and 10 outdoor fitness challenges. Although the government and sports programs are organized every year these two are popular amongst the people.

28 days fitness workout challenge
28 days fitness workout challenge is an indoor sport, which was introduced by Toronto for the individuals who were forced to stay at home due to COVID-19. The government explained that it is a hard time for everyone, especially for the gym athletes, so we have launched a fitness challenge that everyone can complete by staying at home.
Outline of the 28-day challenge
This program is more of a will challenge and you have to complete it in the comfort of your home. Each workout contains 30-minute and it will be followed by a warm-up and end with a cool down. You will see visual demonstrations and easily listen to all the instructions. Some challenges will require equipment like dumbbells and others will not. However, you must have your yoga mat to fulfill the challenge. You will also find the instructions from the experts to complete the challenge easily.
How to complete 28 days fitness challenge
You can join the program by watching videos on social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Each day a new video will be posted with an expert instructor guiding you through the challenge. Simply set your phone or laptop in the area where you can see the video clearly and perform the challenge.
However, 28 days challenge was introduced to keep the momentum of exercise during COVID-19. However, Ontario offers several fitness challenges and another famous Canadian fitness program includes 10 outdoor challenges that are enlisted below
Around the bay race
Around the bay, the road race is formed one of Ontario’s oldest outdoor road races. It was first held in 1894. This year the race will set off again from the starting line on Sunday. You can select from 30k or 5k races to test your stamina.
Winterlude Triathlon
You will not find more Canadians than in the Winterlude triathlon. This triathlon challenges your commitment and stamina. Feb 1 is the day Canadian celebrates the happiness of snowbound sports. The Winterlude triathlon is not like the typical combination of swimming, cycling, and running. The challenge involves skating in different venues set by the sports organizers. It includes 8-km skating 5-km skating and more.
FEMSPORT challenge 2014
Unlike the above challenges, FEMSPORT is only for females. Women of all ages are invited every summer and winter to display their athletic performance and strength. Additionally, women try their hands on different sports like box jumps, inverted rows, tire pulls, tire flip, and obstacle courses. Women can individually participate or appear in the form of teams to test their physical fitness.
Subaru Centurion
Subaru Centurion Canada is the most popular cycling event where cyclists of all ages and whole families are invited to test their physical abilities and stamina to complete the 2 wheel cycling challenge. You can choose the distance range that starts from a 20-mile course and ends up to the 100-mile course.
Mud Hero
Mud Hero is another fitness challenge added to a Canadian fitness program. You will be splashed through the water and scramble over the slippery hills and pass through narrow tunnels. Mud hero challenging is a bit tough but quite adventurous and accelerating challenge. The government held this challenge to support orphans and charity all the raised amount to the local cancer hospital and other rehabilitation centers.
Jonathan
All the skills athletes are invited on August 16 for the annual. Here the gym athletes and other individuals challenge their bodies to complete 108-sun obeisance. The registration fee is almost $25 and the entire raised amount is sent for charity to the
education centers that are working under the government.
Toronto Rookies Heli run
This exciting challenge is a combination of a scenic mountain trail and a breath-taking helicopter ride. Every year in September, the event is held at Cline River Heliport in Alberta. You have the choice of signing up as an individual or enroll as a team of two to experience the beauty of Canadian rookies from a new perspective.
