The ambient temperature of the shock-proof pressure gauge is -40~70℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%.

Precautions for installation of Shock-proof pressure gauge:

  1. The ambient temperature of the shock-proof pressure gauge is -40~70℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If the deviation from the normal operating temperature is 20 and 5°C, the additional temperature error should be included.

  2. Shock-proof pressure gauge must be installed vertically, keeping the same level as the measuring point. If the difference is too large and the additional error caused by the liquid column is included, the gas measurement does not need to be considered. Install the explosion-proof opening block at the rear of the chassis to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.

  3. The measuring range of the shock-proof pressure gauge in normal use: static pressure does not exceed 3/4 of the upper limit, and the fluctuation does not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit. Under the above two pressure conditions, the lower limit of the measurement of the large pressure gauge should not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part should be fully utilized when measuring the vacuum.

  4. If the indicator pointer fails, the internal mechanism is loose, or cannot work normally, please check and repair it, or contact the manufacturer for repair.

  5. Shock-proof pressure gauge should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.

  6. Please specify when ordering: the model and name of the shock-proof pressure gauge; the measuring range of the shock-proof pressure gauge; the accuracy level of the instrument deviates from the positive packaging requirements, etc.

  7. Shock-proof pressure gauge is not suitable for strong oxidant environments such as oxygen, chlorine, nitric acid, and hydrogen chloride.
