Godzilla (Godzilla or Gojira) is also known by Godzilla Toho's (Godzilla Corporation) the monster series, is a Japanese animated media brand that is based on the fictional Kaiyu monster Godzilla. This is the third film in the Godzilla franchise, following King Kong and Godzilla vs. Megatron. With a plethora of voice actors the series has received the acclaim of critics. Godzilla films have been able to earn over six billion dollars in box office revenue to date.

Godzilla movies are about the Japanese city of Godzilla. It was there that a massive volcanic explosion took place, which ultimately caused the death of millions of people as well as the destruction of the city. Godzilla was born out of an egg hatched from the explosion and has evolved into a formidable creature that has nuclear power. To defend his people, Godzilla builds a huge metal monster called the Godzilla Decks and sends thousands of unidentified military personnel to fight and quarantine Godzilla. Meanwhile, an agent of the Japanese government contacts an American scientist who specializes in the study of creatures that possess nuclear power and devises plans to take down Godzilla.

Godzilla is shown as a child Godzilla (Masakado) living in an orphanage. Godzilla attacks a small village one night and kills him. The victims in the Godzilla attack are believed to be killed by Godzilla when he ripped the skin off their bodies. Godzilla returns to the city, and creates massive destruction and death of millions.

Godzilla is the supreme monster in Japanese original film godzilla films. Godzilla is the ruler of the seas. His forces are comprised of various types of seafood and plant life. Only the sea dragon Godzilla (Hikaru Narasima) and five other gigantic creatures are capable of destroying the most powerful and intelligent humans. To defeat Godzilla, Toho created a new character, Godzilla Arima, who is a half-fish, half-leather creature, who is similar to Godzilla in appearance. Arima's intelligence and strength allowed him to take on Godzilla directly and then to keep him in a massive net that was floating in the Pacific Ocean.

Godzilla (Masakado), along with other colossal creatures, prevails in the war against Toho. Godzilla manages to escape the devastated Tokyo City. Godzilla and his comrades, who were pursued by Arima and Arima, arrive on an island called Shelter Island where Dr. Shiji and his son Narai were trying to build an enormous monster robot that they would use to take out Godzilla. When Godzilla arrived on the island He attacked the people and destroyed the majority of the village. Godzilla destroyed the hospital and its doctor, and that is why Dr. Shiji fled to Japan, while his son died trying to save the villagers.

Godzilla returns to Earth two years later to cause more destruction. He first targets South America where a virus is spread , which turns hundreds of South American residents into zombies. Godzilla then transforms into a giant monster and is able to attack Mexico City. Godzilla then heads to China and the Chinese martial arts master, Wu Gui, realizes that Godzilla is really a giant insect. Godzilla strikes San Francisco, California, but is stopped by the US military. In an attempt to stop Godzilla from causing more destruction, the US Navy bombards China using nuclear missiles.

The US navy sends the USS Wisconsin, its only submarine, to stop Godzilla. It contains a nuclear missile strike force group. However, the missile is unable to take off from the submarine and the nuclear strike group is destroyed out. Godzilla then makes a return trip to Japan and strikes the city again. With the help of the expert in special effects Ray Ban, the US forces are able to successfully deploy a full force military onto the island to fight off Godzilla. Yuichiro Nagashima, special effects supervisor, creates stunning special effects to complement the film's progression and create the illusion that Godzilla has struck the city.


Godzilla also makes a brief appearance in the movie King Kong vs. Godzilla that includes a deleted scene. This short film portrays Godzilla as a Kong-like creature and is seen fighting King Kong. Other characters are Mascot as well as Dr. Isaac Silverstone and Dr. Serling. Jack O'Neil, Wadayoshi Watanabe. Riki Inui and Dr. Hayashi are also part of the film series.
