If you are using an Xfinity router, but couldn’t set up parental controls on it, then you need to open your web browser and go to the 10.0.0.0.1/admin page to log into the page. Just make sure to enter the correct login credentials. If you don’t know what the login details are, contact router support for quick assistance.
