Now with Covid-19, we are facing the same challenges in the world of work, as the structure has shifted again to build relationships.

After the initial excitement to be able to work from home has faded, we have slowly started to feel isolated and lost.

On the surface, for  Account, working conditions have not changed since Covid-19. But, this is only possible through the way we have set up our services.

When my business partner, Mark  Digital Marketing Company Southampton and I joined five years ago, the goal is to build our practice as a 100% digital accounting are supported, which can be operated from anywhere in the world.

However, as soon as the drafting and implementing ideas  Account, we ran into problems on our own.

SOCIAL ASPECTS OF THE BUSINESS

After some first year of operation, and constantly look at four walls, we have realized that the complete digital model will not work as well as we thought.

Basically, humans are social creatures, and even introverted accountant losing the social aspect and the atmosphere that comes with working in the office, at least after a while!

So, from time to time, we have been working on the side of our business, and bring social engagement, especially through physical contact pre covid-19.

CHANGES IN OPERATING triggered by COVID-19

For our business, the change is obvious, because covid-19, has been that clients usually we will see face to face now much more receptive to doing things online.

In fact, without the travel time, we have been able to schedule more calls and online meetings, allowing us to provide extra support to our clients during this challenging time.

Fortunately, with high speed internet and video conferencing technology today, there are ways and means to connect and engage with people in a digital format, I can not imagine what the situation would be like with a 56k dial-up internet!

But, this still leaves the question of building a relationship continued beyond what is already available in the form of existing clients and the good news that they had been spread about us.

ONLINE NETWORK AND BLUE VOLTA

Even outside the field of pure business, network meetings online is a great way to connect with people and provide interaction that is needed in the current environment.

While there is undoubtedly a lot of groups out there, Taz Harmeet format has been used for Volta Blue, incorporating the Mastermind principle to the network is the first, and only, I have seen so far.

I have found that facilitating meaningful conversations with the people, have the opportunity to share and discuss their business challenges. It provides a large structure the conversation, in which you learn a lot of good about the people involved, and the business in general.

 BE MY VALUES

I have been a regular participant of the Volta Blue for the past month or so now. And, if possible, I have given my intake on business finance and the same.

However, I have been getting quite a bit myself

Being part of the Volta Blue, I have learned a lot about marketing on social media platforms such as LinkedIn - an area that I have neglected pre-covid.

Moreover, it has really helped to connect with successful business leaders and learn what they have done to build connections and reach a wider audience.

With start applying this knowledge, we begin to see greater interaction with our audience in social media, which hopefully will result in us being in a position to help more people with their accounting and financial needs will be in the future.

Hopefully events like Volta Blue will continue Digital Marketing Agency in Southampton to allow more people to work together to share knowledge collaboratively in the future.
