If you're a family that is looking to purchase a new house What kind of issues should you be thinking about in relation to your location? Some of the things to keep in mind are obvious, while other items, perhaps not so much.

Safety

This is one that I would put in the easy category shops for sale in Islamabad, safety. Making sure that you move into a safe location kind of comes as a given. However, it's not just your neighborhood you want to examine, but also the surrounding areas. Some very nice places can be surrounded by criminality. This is unavoidable, but that's what it is. You may not be aware until you ride through the area in the evening or conduct some research about places of crime in the city.

Developments

Know the future of your location that you are moving into. The area you're moving to might be a good place however, what plans do they have to revoking? Are there adult entertainment venues right across the street from your kids within a year? Are you going to have a small airport built right behind your backyard. Do not let tunnel vision get in on your potential nice new home. Do your homework. Heck, you may be pleasantly surprised to discover that there is an rezoning option that can increase your property value within just a few years.

Schools

This one is extremely important and one that I think that most families are aware. Find out which schools are close to your home. Are they safe? Would you rather private or public schools with your children? Do you have any in the vicinity?

Evacuation

If you're from Florida like I do then this can be crucial, especially evacuation routes. Hurricanes are pretty common here but we've also had several bad ones in the time I've lived here. Your location can affect the time it takes for you and your family to get out of the city, and back to safety. It's not ideal to find yourself in a location that is you and your kids waiting for hours to get out of city. You must be near your city or state's evacuation route. Be sure to believe me on this one. I'm speaking from personal experience.

Hospitals

If someone within your family suffers from medical conditions or have children who are small, you might want to live close to a hospital or an emergency center. Being within a reasonable distance of a hospital or emergency room can provide you with security should an unplanned nightmare happen.
