all relative right all right so we want to talk a little bit about warmup where we got anything else to cover four points I think the only thing here is that when you get off your last set of bar muscleups have some urgency right like don't don't wallow
in your own pity of being in pain get to the part muscle ups and just go like it are the bar face and burpees that just go make sure you sprint those last burpees it's easier said than done when you feel like you're doing burpees in my grade .
