Since the introduction of the grand exchange, items can be exchanged without runescape gold difficulty, and can effectively be considered the exact same thing. For instance, suppose that (hypothetically) you need 100k cannonballs in order to slay, and can afford 200k, which is 250gp for each. If you purchase 25000k 100k cannonballs, and they increase up to 300gp, you effectively have 30000k, that you can use to convert into cash or use. Additionally, if cannonballs plummet to 200gp per which is a lot less, you'll end up with 20000k to change into cash or use.

Doubling your investment will double the amount of money you earn, whether it be either positive or negative. If you think that cannonballs will increase, invest all the money you'd like in them: the more you invest is, the greater the chance of return on the items you don't end up using. If you decide to purchase more cannonballs that you'll need If they do increase, you'll have to buy the remainder at a greater cost.

If you believe that cannonballs are going to increase by the day, then you should invest in them regardless of how many you anticipate you'll need for killing. If you're uncertain whether they will or won't rise take your money in cash and pay for cannonballs on the go instead of stockpiling.

In the last couple of weeks I've noticed a ever-growing number of clockwork cats everywhere. I observed one wandering around the wilds a couple of days ago in the midst of all the PvPers. I was able to determine that it was someone's fan, even though it was free and not following any one (I tried to catch it thinking it was not related to anyone ). But the game told me, "That's not yours ."). Yesterday, there were about 4 or 5 in the GE. Also, other places.

Have you noticed anything similar? Do you think this is a gimmick created by Jagex to get people interested in crafting (or get the clockwork cats of their choice)? Or , if you do die with a clockwork pet following you, will your clockwork cat turn into one of the "stray cat" wandering around in that place for a few minutes instead of disappearing way other dropped objects do (but how often do people die within this GE)? (As an aside Do you have any idea that if there's a real cat that follows you, it'll be in disputes with stray dogs are passing by?)

Familiars have had their damage output increased before being nerfed after it was discovered titans were hitting too heavily on certain bosses. I'm not sure what it is now. According to mod rathe: Summoning has largely been set to osrs skilling service one side for now, as we feel it's in need of an Evolution of Summoning update to itself to do it justice.
